Refund policy

Inspect your order and contact us at buenas@cafeidilio.com if your merchandise is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item in order to request a return. We will review your request and, upon approval send you a return shipping label with instructions.

 

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise your payment will be refunded via the original payment method. Please allow for processing time.
